Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Method and Delivery Times

  • Free Standard Shipping is offered for all U.S. orders.

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–6 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery time to the United States: 6–11 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times to other countries may vary depending on the destination.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, or seasonal demand.

2. Tracking Information

  • Every order includes a tracking number so you can monitor delivery progress.

  • Tracking details will be sent via email to the address provided at checkout.

  • Please allow a few business days for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.

3. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

  • U.S. orders are generally not subject to import duties for most shipments under the de minimis value.

  • For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple products, they may be shipped separately. Each parcel will receive a separate tracking number.

5. Address Accuracy and Delivery Attempts

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require payment of a new shipping fee for reshipment.

  • If delivery attempts fail due to the customer’s absence, the package may be held at a local collection point. Uncollected packages may be returned to sender and reshipment will require a new shipping arrangement.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact our Customer Service immediately.

  • Madrupet is not responsible for items damaged or lost during transit, but we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
