Madrupet – Return and Exchange Policy

At Madrupet, customer satisfaction is our priority. We have created a clear and transparent return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience. 1. Return Policy

1.1 Right of Withdrawal (Order Cancellation)

Customers who make a purchase on our website may request cancellation within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all manuals, accessories, and documentation.
  • The return shipment must follow the instructions provided by our support team.
  • Madrupet will cover the return shipping costs in this case.

Important: Products that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender without prior notice.

1.2 Refunds

After the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method:

  • Credit Card: Refunds may take up to two billing cycles, depending on the card issuer.
  • Bank Transfer or Other Methods: Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after the return is approved.

2. Exchange Policy

2.1 Exchange Due to Manufacturing Defect

Madrupet offers a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects.

Procedure for Exchange:

  • The product must be shipped according to the instructions from our Customer Service Team.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.
  • The technical evaluation period is up to 15 business days from receipt of the product.

If the evaluation approves the exchange:
Customers may choose to:

  • Receive a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.
  • Exchange for another product available on our website, paying the price difference if applicable.
  • Request a full refund.

If the evaluation rejects the exchange:
The product will be returned to the customer with an explanation, and no replacement will be provided.

Reasons for rejection:

  • No defect found.
  • Improper use or customer-caused damage.
  • Signs of natural wear or misuse (e.g., incorrect cleaning).

2.2 Exchange for Size or Color

We do not offer exchanges for incorrect size or color selection. Detailed size and product information are provided on our website to assist customers in making the right choice.

3. Order Cancellation by Madrupet

Madrupet reserves the right to cancel an order automatically in certain situations, such as:

  • Payment failure or declined credit card transaction.
  • Inconsistent or invalid customer information.
  • Product out of stock.

3.1 Refund in Case of Cancellation

If the cancellation is initiated by Madrupet, the amount will be fully refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds will occur in cases such as:

  • Inability to deliver due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Product unavailability, with the option of exchange or full refund offered.
