2. Refunds

3.1 Exchange for Manufacturing Defect

Madrupet offers a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects.

Products must be returned in original packaging with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

Technical evaluation may take up to 15 business days after receipt.
If approved, customers may choose to:

3.2 Exchange for Size or Color

We may cancel an order automatically in cases such as:
