Madrupet – Shipping Policy
At Madrupet, all products are shipped directly from our international suppliers to the address provided at checkout.
1. Shipping Method and Delivery Times
We offer Free Shipping for all orders.
- Estimated delivery time: 20 to 45 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 6 business days after payment confirmation.
2. Tracking Information
Every order includes a tracking code so you can monitor the delivery progress. Tracking details will be sent via email and/or the contact information provided at purchase. Please note that in some cases, tracking updates may take several business days to appear on the carrier’s system.
3. Possible Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be extended due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, carrier delays, holiday periods, or high demand seasons.
4. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Since we ship internationally, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country’s customs authority.
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Madrupet is not responsible for reimbursing any such fees.
5. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains two or more products, they may be shipped separately. A separate tracking number will be provided for each parcel.
6. Delivery and Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipment will only be processed after the payment of a new shipping fee.
- If the delivery attempt fails due to the customer’s absence, the package may be held at a local collection point. Uncollected packages may be returned to the sender, and reshipment will require a new shipping arrangement.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact our Customer Service immediately. Madrupet is not responsible for items damaged or lost during transit, but we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
